2023 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets … Closed year by producing season-best times in both the 200-meters (28.58 seconds / 17th) and the 400-meters (1:05.99 / ninth) at the SRU Last Chance Meet … Helped The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a victory at the Mountaineer Twilight Meet (4:04.96) in addition to running second-fastest 200-meter time of the season (29.57 seconds) the same day.
