2013 (Outdoor): Competed in three meets all in the 5,000-meter ... best showing was at the SRU Last Chance Invitational, placed 2nd with a time of 19:42.35.

2012-13 (Indoor): Competed at the 2013 BWU Mid-February Meet, finishing 9th in the 5000-meter run with a time of 20:05.26.

2012 (XC): Placed 47th (24:44.5) at the Lock Haven XC Qualifier and 42nd (26:24.0) at the Slippery Rock Cross Country Invitational.

2012 (Outdoor): Competed at the Raleigh Relays in the 5,000-meter, finished 18th with a time of 19:12.89.

2011-12 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing ninth in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 18:16.17 … began season with a second-place finish in the 5,000-meters at the YSU Icebreaker (19:14.11) … also posted 13th-place finishes in the 3,000-meter run at the YSU Invitational (11:05.65) and in the 5,000-meters at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge (18:50.49).

2011 (XC): Placed 19th (20:57.5) at the SRU-Alaska Anchorage dual meet ... finished in 33rd place (25:33.7) at the Mack Cooper Classic ... placed 34th (24:27.30) at the Lock Haven Invitational ... finished in 34th place (24:50.1) at the SRU Invite ... concluded freshman season by placing 91st overall (23:55.6) at the PSAC Championships.

High School: Lettered three times in cross country, twice in basketball and once in track at Oswayo Valley High School.
