2014 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the shot put (8th place 12.04m) and the hammer throw (18th 41.32m)...finished 4th in the shot put at the SRU Open (11.62m)...finished 4th in the hammer throw at the Dave Labor Invite (39.75m).

2013-14 (Indoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Champioships in the shot put and the weight throw, placed 12th in the shot put (11.70m) and 24th in the weight throw (12.93m)...reached a personal best in the weight throw at Kent State Tune-Up (13.85m).

2013 (Outdoor): Qualifed for the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in both shot put and hammer throw ... placed 5th in shot put (12.36m) which is a personal best and 15th in hammer throw (43.07m) ... reached a personal best for hammer throw at the Ashland Alumni Open (45.27m).

2012-13 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the shot put and weight throw recording a person best of 12.65 meters and placing 17th in the weight throw...finished 6th at the Al Hall Freedom Games in the weight throw (12.27m).

2012 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship in shot put ... placed 16th (10.69m) ... placed within the top-ten 8 times throughout the season.

2011-12 (Indoor): Competed in both the weight throw and shot put … top shot put finish was a 16th place showing at the B-W Mid-February Meet (10.12 meters) … made a season-best throw of 11.46 meters in the weight throw at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge (22nd place) … also finished in 19th place in the weight throw at the B-W Mid-February Meet (10.83 meters).

2011 (Outdoor): Placed seventh in the hammer throw at the SRU Last Chance Meet 34.90 meters … also made a season-best shot put throw of 10.09 meters at the SRU Last Chance Meet … had a season-high 28.40 meter discus throw at the Ashland Alumni Open.

2010-11 (Indoor): Completed in the shot put and weight throw during the indoor season … came in 11th place in the shot put at the BW Mid-February Meet (10.06 meters).

High School: Lettered four times in track and field and two times in basketball … led Frontier Central to track and field league championships as a junior and senior … a member of the National Honor Society.
