2022 (Indoor): Competed at three meets … Opened year by running the 800-meters in a season-best time of 2:36.77 at the YSU Icebreaker to place 23rd … Also ran the 800-meters in 2:37.10 at the YSU Mid-Major Invite … Concluded year by running a leg as part of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team at the Doug Raymond Qualifier.

2021 (XC): Competed in three meets … Opened season by running the Marty Uher Invitational (4.73k) in 21:46.9 to finish in 26th place … Then posted a time of 27:01.1 to come in 43rd at the Bill Lennox Invitational … Closed year by completing the PSAC Championships in 27:56.9 to finish 151st.

2021 (Outdoor): Competed in the 800-meters at seven meets … Posted best time of season at the Mountain Cat Last Chance Meet, finishing in 2:35.30 … Opened year by placing 13th at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational with a time of 2:37.18 … Earned a fourth-place finish at the Penn State Behrend Invitational after clocking a time of 2:36.81 … Also picked up a top-10 finish at the SRU Invitational after crossing the finish line in 2:38.31 to come in sixth ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2020-21 (XC): Competed in both meets during the abbreviated season … Began year by placing 41st in a time of 7:29.5 at the Cal U Invite before running the 5,000-meter course at the PSAC Championships in 7:06.1 to finish 105th overall.

2019-20 (Indoor): Competed at three meets, running the 800-meters and the mile … Season-best time in the mile was 6:14.49 at the Youngstown State Invitational … Completed the 800-meters in a season-best time of 2:45.29 to finish 20th at the Al Hall Freedom Games … Also placed 20th in the mile at the Al Hall Freedom Games with a time of 6:19.59 ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2019 (XC): Ran in three races … Produced a season-best time of 27:26.9 at the Lock Haven University Invitational.

2019 (Outdoor): Competed in four meets … Recorded new PR’s in the 1,500-meter run at 5:39.75 and the 800-meter dash at 2:38.41 … Compiled a top-15 finish at the SRU Open in the 800-meter dash.

2018 (XC): Competed in three races … Registered a season-high finish of 27th at the Bill Lennox/SRU Invite with a time of 30:30.9 … Posted a career-best time of 25:57.4 at the LHU Invite placing 132nd … Placed 58th at the Doug Watts Invite with a time of 27:05.9.
