2019 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the distance medley relay, the mile and the 3,000-meter, placing first in the distance medley relay with a time of 12:09.43 and placing eighth in both the mile (5:22.80) and the 3,000 (10:35.02) … Competed in the prestigious GVSU Big Meet in the 3,000-meter, placing thirty-sixth and hitting a career-best with a time of 10:17.94 … Came in second and hit a career-high in the 800-meter with time of 2:26.21 as well as finished second in the distance medley relay with a time of 13:54.76 at the Al Hall Freedom Games … Placed seventh and hit a career-best in the mile with a time of 5:13.63 at the YSU Mid-Major Invite.
2018 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and in the 1,500-meters … Placed seventh at the league championships in the steeplechase with a personal-best time of 11:52.43 ... Also finished 12th at the PSAC Championships in the 1,500-meters (5:09.17) … Top 1,500-meter time of the season was 4:56.28 as part of an eighth-place showing at the Ashland Alumni Open … Took second at the SRU Open in the steeplechase with a time of 12:17.19.
2017-18 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the mile and as part of The Rock’s 4x800-meter relay … Earned All-PSAC honors with a second-place finish as part of SRU’s 4x800-meter relay team at the league championships while placing ninth in the mile with a time of 5:20.00 … Also placed fifth in the 800-meters at the Edinboro Invite after clocking a time of 2:28.41.
2017 (XC): Competed in all six meets … Produced four top-50 finishes … Ran the Marty Uher Invitational in 31:53.0 to place 27th … Finished 42nd at the LHU Open with a 23:52.8 showing … Served as The Rock’s fifth finisher at the PSAC Championships, placing 49th at 25:10.2 … Recorded a season-best time of 22:43.3 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships, placing 43rd as SRU’s fourth finisher.
