2018 (XC): Competed in two races … Ran in the LHU Invite and the Doug Watts Invitational … Finished 69th at the Doug Watts Invite with a time of 28:59.4.
2018 (Outdoor): Competed in the 400-meter hurdles, the 3,000-meter steeplechase and the 1,500-meters … Season-best times in the 1,500-meters (5:25.88) and the 400-meter hurdles (1:15.65) came at the Cal U Early Bird Invite … Posted a sixth-place showing in the steeplechase with a  season-best time of 13:17.70 at the Ashland Alumni Open … Placed fourth in the 400-meter hurdles at the Behrend Open with a time of 1:16.27.
2017-18 (Indoor): Competed at three meets … Placed seventh in the 3,000-meter run at the Al Hall Freedom Games … Completed the mile in 6:17.58 to finish 12th at the Edinboro Invite … Also took part in the mile at the YSU Mid-Major Invite, coming in 41st at 6:30.41.
2017 (XC): Competed in four meets … Finished 20th at the Marty Uher Invitational at 30:03.8 … Top time of season came at the LHU Open at 27:45.5 (163rd).
2016-17 (Indoor): Competed in one meet ... Placed 12th in the Mile with a time of 6:13.66 at the YSU Icebreaker Invite.
2016 (Outdoor): Competed in six meets ... Recorded season best times of 13:43.20 in the 3000 Steeple and 5:29.20 in the 1500m ... Placed third and sixth in the 3000 Steeple at the 2016 Cal U Early Bird and the SRU Open.
