Slippery Rock University Athletics

Jaleen Beardsley became a student intern with the SRU women's basketball team during her freshman year in 2012-13 and is now entering her fourth season with the program.

While at Slippery Rock, she is pursuing an undergraduate degree in sport management. She assists head coach Bobby McGraw and the women's basketball staff with daily operations and is in charge of coordinating special events.

Beardsley, a native of North East, Pa., graduated from North East high school.
