2013 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships and placed 1st for the Rock in the discus with a throw of 47.36-meters and took 16th in the shot put (13.46-meters) ... recorded twelve top ten finishes ... competed in the SRU Invitational and took 1st in the discus (44.90-meters) and took two 8th place finishes in the shot put (12.50-meters) and hammer throw (42.02-meters)
High School: Lettered four times in track and field and football and three times in basketball ... first team all Keystone conference sophomore, junior and senior year in football.
