2014 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships in three events, high jump (NP), long jump (12th place 6.47m), and tripple jump(9th place 14.18m)...had five top three finishes.

2013-14 (Indoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships and earned three top ten finishes, took 4th in the high jump (1.97m), 4th in the long jump and reached a personal best jump (6.78m), and 6th in the tripple jump (14.10m)...reached a personal best in the high jump at SPIRE Midwest T&F Open (2.00m).

2013( Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships and recorded three top ten finishes for the Rock ... Placed 3rd in the triple jump(14.33-meters), 4th in the high jump( 1.95-meters) and 7th in the long jump( 6.63-meters)


2012-13 (Indoor): Finished in 3rd place in the high jump at the Al Hall Freedom Games and 1st at the BWU Mid-February Meet with a personal best mark of 2.00m at both events...Qualified for PSAC Champions in the triple jump and high jump...finished in the top ten at both PSAC events.

2012 (Outdoor): Did not compete.

2011-12 (Indoor): Placed seventh in the triple jump and 15th in the long jump at the Youngstown State Icebreaker with respective marks of 13.03 meters and 6.04 meters.

2010-11 (Outdoor): Finished in 11th place in the triple jump at the PSAC Championships after a mark of 12.98 meters … recorded a season-best mark of 13.59 meters in the triple jump to place second at the SRU Invitational … finished in fourth place in the triple jump at the Ed Fry Invite with a jump of 13.11 meters … earned a season-best mark of 6.01 meters in the long jump, placing ninth at the Ed Fry Invite … placed fourth in the long jump at the SRU Invitational meet with a jump of 5.98 meters.

2010-11 (Indoor): Placed second in the triple jump at the BW Mid-February Meet with a mark of 12.62 meters … placed 10th at the KSU Tune-Up in the triple jump after a jump of 13.23 meters … competed in the triple jump at the PSAC Indoor Championships and registered a jump of 13.00 meters.

High School: Lettered three times in both football and track and field … garnered All-KSAC accolades in the triple jump in 2009 and 2010 … received First Team All-KSAC honors in the high jump and All-KSAC Second Team honors in the long jump as a senior … named the 2010 KSAC Field MVP … helped lead Moniteau to KSAC track and field championships in 2009 and 2010 … was also a two-time all-conference selection as cornerback for the Moniteau football team in 2008 and 2009.
