2012 (Outdoor): Did not compete.
2011 (XC): Ran in five races ... began Rock career with 20th-place (17:04) finish at the Alaska Anchorage dual ... finished in 45th place (28:53.3) at the Mack Cooper Classic ... came in 49th (28:14.90) at the Lock Haven Invite ... ended freshman season by placing 113th (28:23) at the PSAC Championships.
High School: Lettered four times in both cross country and track and field … earned All-York Adams League honors in cross country as a sophomore, junior and senior … finished in eighth place at the 2010 York-Adams League Championship race … was a team captain on the cross country team for three years … led team to school’s first outright division championship and a 12th-place finish at the AAA District Championships as a senior … a two-time team MVP award winner in cross country … was the team captain of the track and field team for two years … named the Male Track Athlete of the Year as a senior.
