2012 (XC): Competed in five races...earned all-region honors by placing 22nd at the Atlantic Regional championships (32:03)...top runner for SRU in 2 races..placed in the top-6 in 3 races...led SRU with a sixth-place overall finish at the Daniel Walker Invite (26:57)...top SRU finisher in the Lock Haven Invitational crossing the line in fifth-place (25:53)
2012 (Outdoor): Competed in the Shamrock Inviational placing 9th overall in the 5,000-meters (15:18.56) ... Ran the 1,500 meters in the Coastal Carolina University Invitational.
2011-12 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 3,000-meters (13th – 8:57.04) and the 5,000-meters (seventh – 15:17.25) … ran a season-best time in the 5,000-meters of 15:07.93 and placed sixth at the NCAA Division II Team Challenge … finished in sixth place in the 3,000-meters after a season-low time of 8:48.12 at the Youngstown State Invitational ... ended season with the fourth fastest 5,000-meter run time in the PSAC (15:07.93)
2011 (XC): Ran in six races ... earned all-region honors with a 10th-place finish at the Atlantic Regional championships (32:52) ... placed ninth at the PSAC championships to earn all-conference accolades after running a time of 25:10 ... won the SRU Invite after a time 26:07.2 ... finished in fourth place at the Lock Haven Invite (26:04.30) ... led SRU to start the year with third and sixth place showings at the Mack Cooper Classic (25:53.9) and at a dual meet with Alaska Anchorage.
2010-11 (Outdoor): Competed in the 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter run during the outdoor season … qualified for the PSAC Championships in both events … ran a season-best time of 15:12.11 in the 5,000-meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational and placed third ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete.
2010-11 (Indoor): Finished in second place in the 3000-meter run at the Baldwin-Wallace Invitational ... placed 11th in the 5000-meter run at the PSAC Indoor Championships after recording a season-best time of 15:13.84.
2010 (XC): Competed in six races for SRU … earned three top-20 finishes … placed third at the SRU Tri Meet with a time of 26:52.4 … was the first finisher for The Rock at the Penn State Invitational (27:25) … led SRU to a fourth-place showing at the PSAC Championships by finishing 21st overall with a time of 27:21 … placed 34th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet (33:39.50).
High School: Lettered four times in cross country and three times in track and field … was a two-time state qualifier in cross country and a one-time state qualifier in track … helped lead Canon McMillan to WPIAL track and field team championships in 2008 and 2010.
