2013 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships in three events and placed 1st in the 4X1relay(40.92) and 5th in the 4X4 relay(3:17.92) ... competed in the SRU Invitational and helped the Rock place 1st in the 4X100-meter relay, finished 3rd in long jump(6.37-meters) and 6th in the 100-meter(11.32 meters)
2012-13 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships...helped the Rock place fifth in the 4x400-meter relay at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala and fifth at the NCSs D-II Team Challenge...was a member of the 4x400-meter relay at the BWU Mid-February Meet (3:29.36).
2012 (Outdoor): All-PSAC honors ... qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 100-meter dash (11th/10.98), 200-meter dash (7th/22.11), and as a member of The Rock's 4x100-meter relay team (2nd/41.29) ... posted nine top-ten finishes ... helped The Rock's 4x100-meter relay team place first at the Slippery Rock Open (42.18) and at the Ed Fry Invitational (42.10) ... recorded a personal best 100-meter dash mark of 11.13 seconds, finishing third at the Slippery Rock Open.
2011-12 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the 60-meter dash (16th – 7.21 seconds) and the 200-meter dash (20th – 22.96 seconds) … was part of two Rock relay wins, in the 4x400-meters at the YSU Icebreaker (3:20.52) and in the 4x200-meters at the B-W Mid-February Meet (1:33.33) … also placed fourth in the 55-meter dash (6.75 seconds) and fifth in the 200-meter dash (23.05 seconds) at the B-W Mid-February Meet.
2010-11 (Outdoor): Earned All-PSAC honors as a member of SRU’s second place
4x400-meter relay team at the PSAC Championships … also competed at the PSAC Championships in the
400-meter dash and the
4x100-meter relays … won the 400-meter dash at the SRU Invitational with a time of 50.13 … also placed second in the 200-meter dash at the SRU Invite at a time of 22.89 … placed second in the 400-meter dash at the Ed Fry Invitational (51.53).
2010-11 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors as a member of SRU’s third place 4x800-meter relay team at the PSAC Indoor Championships … also competed in both the 200-meter dash and 400-meter dash at the PSAC Championships … Recorded a season-best time of 22.93 in the 200-meter dash at the Golden Flash Gala … placed fourth in the 200-meter dash at the BW Mid-February Meet with a time of 23.60 … also ran a season-best time of 6.83 in the 55-meter dash at the BW Mid-February Meet.
2009-10 (Outdoor): Competed in the 400-meter dash, the 4x100-meter relays and the 4x400-meter relays at the PSAC Championships … won the 200-meter dash at the SRU Last Chance Meet with a time of 22.86 … finished in sixth place in the 400-meter dash at the Ashland Alumni Open (50.37) … came in sixth and seventh place respectively in the 200-meters (23.00) and 400-meters (52.16) at the Ed Fry Invitational … placed fourth in both the 200-meters (22.91) and the 400-meters (50.86) at the SRU Invitational.
2009-10 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors as a member of the second-place 4x400 meter relay team at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... also finished in 15th place in the 400 meters and 19th in the 200 meters at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... came in third place in the 55-meter dash at the SRU Open.
High School: Lettered four times in track and field and three times in football.
