2011 (Outdoor): Competed in ten events ... four top ten finishes ... recorded best 5,000m mark (16:57.64) at the SRU Last Chance Meet.
2010 (Outdoor): Competed primarily in the 5,000-meter run … earned three top-five finishes in the 5,000-meters with the best being a fourth-place showing at the Ed Fry Invitational (17:44.21) … clocked a career-best time of 16:57.64 in the 5,000-meters at the SRU Last Chance Meet.
2010 (XC): Did not race
2009 (Outdoor): Placed third in the 10,000-meter run at the SRU Last Chance Meet (36:12.75) … ran career-best times in the 800-meters (2:16.16) and the 1,500-meters (4:27.52) at the CCU Battle of the Beaches.
2009 (XC): Did not race.
High School: Lettered four times in cross country at Hopewell High School ... was an all-conference performer in the Mid-Atlantic Conference ... earned the cross country team's scholar athlete award as a senior and junior.
