2013 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships in three events ... placed 1st in the shot put(16.42-meters), 5th in the discus(42.69-meters) and 20th in the hammer throw(45.95-meters) ... recorded seventeen top ten finishes ...

2012-13 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the shot put and weight throw, placing 6th in the shot put and finishing 18th in the weight throw...two top ten finishes at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge in the shot put (3rd place, 15.42m) and the weight throw (7th place, 15.37m).

2012 (Outdoor): Recorded an NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the shot put (16.19m) finishing 32nd overall in Division II ... earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors ... qualified for the PSAC Championships in the shot put (4th/16.19m), discus (13th/40.96m), and the hammer throw ... started the season with a second place finish at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational, posting a 15.19 meter mark in the shot put ... thirteen top-ten finishes ... recorded a personal best hammer throw mark (47.08m), placing fourth at the Dave Labor Invitational ... placed third in the shot put at the Dave Labor Invitational (15.20m) and the Ed Fry Invitational (15.25m).

2011-12 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors by placing second in the shot put with an NCAA provisional qualifying throw of 15.99 meters … also qualified for the PSAC’s in the weight throw, placing seventh at 15.69 meters … won the shot put and placed third in the weight throw at the B-W Mid-February Meet with throws of 15.15 meters and 16.98 meters … finished in fifth place in the shot put at the NCAA D-II Challenge (15.07 meters) ... earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors.

Before The Rock: Competed on the track & field team at Hagerstown Community College for two years … named to the dean’s list for the spring 2011 semester.

High School: Earned all-county honors in football, indoor track and outdoor track as a junior and senior at South Hagerstown High School … member of the National Honor Society.
