2013 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the NCAA D-II Championships and placed 2nd in the 800-meter(1:49.09) ... placed 1st in the 800-meter(1:50.93) at the PSAC Championships and helped the 4X8 team take 1st(7:41.85) ... placed 1st in the 800-meter(1:49.82) in the Ashland Alumni Open ... finished 2nd in the 800-meter(1:49.86) in the Raleigh Relays ... earned honor of Capital One Academic All-District.
2012-13 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 800-meter run, the 4x400-meter relay and the 4x800-meter relay...placed fifth in both the 800-meter run and the 4x800-meter relay and placed third in the 4x400-mter relay...recorded a personal best time in the mile of 4:26.49...finished first in the 800-meter run at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge (1:54.74).
2012 (Outdoor): Recorded an NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the 800-meter dash, ranking 37th overall in Division II ... All-PSAC honors placing second in the 800-meter dash (1:52.04) at the PSAC Championships ... also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 4x400-meter relay, placing sixth overall (3:18.82) ... helped lead The Rock's 4x400-meter relay team to a first place victory at the Ashland University Alumni Open (3:18.15) ... eleven top-ten finishes ... set a personal best 1,500-meter run time at the Coastal Carolina University Invitational (4:05.36).
2011-12 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 800-meter dash and placed sixth (1:58.01) … also competed at the PSAC Championships as part of SRU’s 4x400-meter (fourth place - 3:20.00) and 4x800-meter (10th – 8:29.96) relay teams … helped set the SRU record in the 4x400-meter relay race at the Kent State Tune-Up (3:17.94 – third place) … won the 800-meters at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (1:55.02) … helped the SRU 4x400-meter relay team to a win at the YSU Invitational (3:23.57) ... earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors.
2010-11 (Outdoor): Qualified for the NCAA Division II Championships in the 800-meters and placed 15th with a time of 1:56.02 … won the PSAC title in the
800-meter run at the PSAC Championships after clocking a time of 1:51.29 … also earned All-PSAC honors as part of SRU’s second place
4x400-meter relay team … broke the SRU record in the 800-meters at the Ashland Open with a time of 1:51.19 … won the 800-meters at the Ed Fry Invitational after recording a time of 1:56.92 … came in second place in the 800-meters at the SRU Tri Meet (2:01.99) … ran an 800-meter time of 1:51.75 at the Raleigh Relays to come in second place … recorded the second-fastest 800-meter time in the PSAC during the outdoor season ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete.
2010-11 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors at the PSAC Indoor Championships in the 800-meter run (second / 1:54.80) and as part of both the 4x400-meter relay team (third place) and the 4x800-meer relay team (second place) ... named to the USTFCCCA All-Region team … finished 12th in the 800-meter run (1:57.24) at the Golden Flash Gala … recorded a time of 1:57.14 and placed ninth at the GaREAT Open … clocked the fastest 800-meter run time in the PSAC in 2011 at 1:53.10 at the Akron Invitational to finish in second place.
2009-10 (Outdoor): Won the PSAC title in the 800-meter run at the PSAC Championships after clocking a time of 1:52.23 … also competed in the 4x400-meter relays at the PSAC Championships … won the 800-meters at the SRU Last Chance Meet (1:52.10), the Ashland Alumni Open (1:52.00) and the Ed Fry Invitational (1:55.47).
2009-10 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors after a first-place finish (7:48.0) in the 4x800m relay at the PSAC Indoor Championships with Phil Rector, Jason Jamieson and Dan Henry ... finished in fourth place in the 800-meter run at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... placed third in the 800-meter run at the Division II Challenge.
High School: Lettered four years in track and field ... named MVP of track and field team in four consecutive years ... served as team captain ... set school record in 800-meter run ... placed fourth at State Championships in 800m in 2009 ... also lettered three years in swimming ... qualified for WPIAL Championships in two freestyle events and two relays ... served as team captain during senior year.
