2010-11 (Outdoor): Competed in the 1,500-meter run and 5,000-meter run during the outdoor season … began season by running a career-best time of 16:19.29 in the 5,000-meter run at the Bill Van Horne Invitational … clocked a time of 17:28.78 to place third in the 5,000-meters at the Ed Fry Invitational … finished fourth with a time of 4:14.78 at the SRU Invitational in lone 1,500-meter race of the year.

2010 (XC): Competed in two races as an unattached runner … placed 16th at the SRU Tri Meet with a time of 28:30.8 … finished in 40th place at the SRU Invitational after running a time of 27:32.1.

2009 (XC): Began SRU cross country career with a 12th-place showing at the IUP Invitational with a time of 28:17 ... ran 28th (28:40.5) at the Slippery Rock Invitational ... had his lowest time of the year (27:56) at the National Invitational en route to a 103rd place finish ... took part in both the PSAC Championships and NCAA Regional Championships for The Rock, finishing 81st and 90th respectively.

2009-10 (Outdoor): Ran a season-best time of 16:35.07 and placed fourth in the 5,000-meter run at the SRU Invitational … placed eighth in the 5,000 meters at the Ellison Invitational (17:23.48).

High School: Lettered four years in track and field ... also lettered once in cross country and once in soccer ... member of the 2008 and 2009 WPIAL track and field championship teams ... member of the 2006 Section 2AA championship soccer team.
