Personal: Son of Claudia Bayardelle ... received bachelor's degree in professional studies from Slippery Rock ... attending graduate school at SRU ... three-year player on Slippery Rock men's basketball team.
Track Career: Bayardelle joined the track and field team in the spring semester of 2013 and will likely focus on the jumping events.
Basketball Career: Bayardelle was a standout on the men's basketball team that made two trips to the PSAC title game and two trips to the NCAA Tournament ... he averaged 5.3 points and 2.4 rebounds in 90 games as a member of the team ... one of the top defenders on the team ... started in 30 career games.
Before Slippery Rock: Bayardelle transfered from Northern Virginia Community College, where he averaged 14.5 points per game on the basketball court.
