2010-11 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the
5,000-meter run (10th place, 15:14.36) and the
10,000-meter run (10th place, 32:26.81) … placed third in the 1,500-meter run at the SRU Invitational with a time of 4:11.21 … came in third place in the 5,000-meters at the Ashland Alumni Open with a time of 15:29.91 ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete.
2010-11 (Indoor): Finished seventh in the 5000-meter run at the PSAC Indoor Championships with a time of 15:02.55 … also competed in the 3000-meter run at the PSAC Indoor Championships, registering a time of 8:44.79 … finished in ninth place in the 5000-meter run (15:29.90) at the Golden Flash Gala … won the 3000-meter run after running the race in 8:59.10 at the BW Mid-February Meet.
2010 (XC): Ran in all six races for Slippery Rock … just missed earning all-region honors by finishing in 27th place (33:01.1) at the Atlantic Regional’s … placed 31st (27:40) at the PSAC Championships … came in 20th place at the SRU Invitational (26:33) … began the season with top-10 performances at the SRU Tri Meet (eighth place) and the Seagull Invite (second place).
2009-10 (Indoor): Competed in the 5,000 meter run at the PSAC Indoor Championships.
2009 (XC): Started the cross country season with an eighth-place finish (27:57) at the IUP Invitational ... posted second top-10 performance at the year at the SRU Invite, finishing 10th with a time of 27:20.9 ... was the second runner for The Rock at the National Invitational and placed 88th at 27:25 ... ran in 72nd place (34:49) at the NCAA Regional Championships
2008-09: Earned All-PSAC honors during the cross country season with a 17th-place finish at the conference championships ... finished 24th at the NCAA Regional Championships in cross country ... earned All-PSAC honors during the indoor track and field season as a member of the distance medley relay team ... qualified for the 5,000-meter run at the indoor PSAC meet.
2007-08 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships during the outdoor season in the 5,000-meter run.
2007-08 (Indoor): Did not compete during the indoor season.
High School: Lettered three years in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field ... member of the 2006 cross country National, State and District Championship team ... earned first team All-Area and was a medalist at state cross country meet in 2006 ... team won District Championship from 2004-06 ... earned All-Area honors in each of those seasons ... earned medal at State Championships during indoor track and field season as member of the distance medley relay team that set the school record ... outdoor track and field team won the Ches-mont Championship in each of his four seasons ... named to first team All-Area in 2005 as a member of state qualifying 4x800-meter relay team ... member of the National Honor Society.
