2010-11 (Outdoor): Earned All-PSAC honors as part of the 4x400-meter relay team (second place / 3:15.01) ... also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 800-meter run, placing ninth (1:53.50) … finished in third place in the 400-meter dash at the SRU Invitational (50.46) … won the 800-meter run at the SRU Tri Meet (2:01.18) … also came in third place in the 1,500-meter run at the SRU Tri Meet (4:14.77) ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete.

2010-11 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors as part of SRU’s 4x800-meter relay team that placed second at the PSAC Indoor Championships … also finished fifth in the 800-meter run at the PSAC’s with a time of 1:55.52 … registered an 11th-place finish in the 800-meter run at the GaREAT Open with a time of 1:57.35 … ran the 400-meter run in 51.84 at the Jim Wuske Invitation and came in 10th place … clocked the 6th fastest 800-meter run time in the PSAC in 2011 at the Akron Invitational (1:55.22).

2009-10 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 800-meter run and placed eighth at 2:01.29 … set season-best times at the Ellison Invitational in the 200-meter dash (23.41 / ninth place) and the 400-meter dash (50.36 / 12th place) … finished in third place in the 800-meter run at the SRU Last Chance Meet with a season-best time of 1:53.66.

2009-10 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors after a first-place finish in the 4x800-meter relay at the PSAC Indoor Championships with Phil Rector, Kevin Jewel and Dan Henry ... finished in eighth place in the 800-meter run at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.

2008-09 (Outdoor): Ran in the 800-meters at three competitions … placed third at the Sparky Adams Invitational (1:55.87) and sixth at the PSAC-West Challenge (2:01.56).

2008-09 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors after recording second-place finishes in the 800-meter run and as a member of the SRU 4x800-meter relay team ... finished in third place in the 400-meter run at the SRU Open.

2007-08 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors after a second-place finish as part of SRU's 4x800-meter relay team at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... also qualified for the 800-meter run at the PSAC Indoor Championships.
