2012-13 (Indoor): Competed in six events...Finished fifth in the 3000-meter at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala with a time of 9:03.4...finished in the top ten in the 5000-meter (15:24.68) at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge.
2012 (XC): Competed in five races...earned All-Region honors by placing 18th overall at the Atlantic Regionals (31:59)...placed 22nd at the PSAC Championships (26:29)...helped Slippery Rock win the SRU Invitational by placing 9th (27:08)...three top-25 finishes on the season.
2012 (Outdoor): Finished 50th overall in NCAA Division II in the 3,000-meter Steeplechase ... qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 3,000-meter Steeplechase (4th/9:24.10) ... seven top-ten finishes ... finished second in the 800-meter dash at the Slippery Rock Open, with a personal best mark of 2:00.95 seconds.
2011-12 (Indoor): Compete in two events at the PSAC Championships, placing 19th in the 5,000-meter run (15:45.62) and sixth as a member of SRU’s distance medley relay team (10:30.46) … placed second in the mile (4:33.04) at the B-W Mid-February Meet … finished in 12th place (15:41.33) in the 5,000-meter run at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge.
2011 (XC): Was Slippery Rock's second finisher at the Atlantic Regional Championships, placing 26th at 33:26) ... just missed all-conference honors at the PSAC Championships after placing 26th (25:42) ... came in 15th place (27:11.8) at the SRU Invite ... placed 22nd at the Lock Haven Invite (27:26.70) in his first race of the season.
2010-11 (Outdoor): Competed in five different races during the outdoor season … placed eighth in the
3,000-meter steeplechase at PSAC Championships with a mark of 9:41.36 … won the 3,000-meter steeple chase at the Raleigh Relays with a career-best time of 9:34.57 … finished in fourth place in the steeple at the Coastal Carolina Invite (9:44.86) … ran a career-best time of 2:06.00 in the 800-meter run and placed fifth at the SRU Tri Meet … placed fifth in the 5,000-meter run at the Ashland Alumni Open with a season-best time of 15:51.71 ... ran the seventh-fastest 3,000-meter steeple time in the PSAC during the outdoor season.
2010-11 (Indoor): Placed third in the mile run at the BW Mid-February Meet at a time of 4:30.63 … competed in both the mile run and the 5000-meter run at the PSAC Indoor Championships.
2010 (XC): Ran in six races, producing two top-15 finishes … placed 12th with a time of 26:38 to begin the season at the Sea Gull Invitational … finished fourth at the SRU Tri (27:04) … was the second finisher for SRU at the PSAC Championships, placing 28th at 27:15 … closed out season with a 59th-place finish at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships (34:28.2).
2009-10 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, placing 14th in 9:57.53 … came in second place at the Western PA Championships in the steeple with a time of 9:51.92 … began outdoor career at SRU by placing 10th in the 800-meter run at the CCU Battle of the Beaches (2:08.64).
2009-10 (Indoor): Did not compete during the indoor season.
2009 (XC): Placed 13th (28:21) in his first collegiate race at the IUP Invitational ... ran in 23rd place (28:22.7) at the SRU Invite ... posted a career-best time of 27:36 at the National Invitational and placed 62nd ... helped The Rock to a seventh place team finish at the PSAC Championships after running a time of 28:27.6 which was good enough for 45th place ... closed out his first season by placing 55th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships with a time of 34:16 ... named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic squad.
High School: Lettered four years in both indoor and outdoor track and field ... lettered three years in cross country ... ran a leg of the school record setting 4x800-meter relay ... member of the High Honor Roll.
