2010-11 (Outdoor): Competed in the 800-meter run and 1,500-meter run … began the season by running a career-best time of 4:06.85 in the 1,500-meter run at the Raleigh Relays … won the Ed Fry Invitational in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:26.15 … placed fourth in the 800-meter run at the SRU Invitational after clocking a time of 2:02.27 … came in 10th place (2:08.11) in the 800-meter run at the Ed Fry Invitational ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete.
2010-11 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors as part of SRU’s 4x800-meter relay team that placed second at the PSAC Indoor Championships … also competed in the mile at the PSAC’s and ran a time of 4:24.29 … clocked a time of 4:29.50 in the mile at the Golden Flash Gala to finish in sixth place … placed 10th in the 800-meter run at the Jim Wuske Invitational after running a time of 2:02.84 … took home third place in the 800-meter run at the BW Mid-February Meet (2:03.72).
2009-10 (Outdoor): Competed in both the 800-meter run and 1,500-meter run … recorded four top-10 performances in the 1,500-meter run, placing fourth at the SRU Invitational (4:14.92), eighth at the Battle of the Beaches (4:19.54), eighth at the Ashland Alumni Open (4:17.55) and ninth at the Ellison Invite (4:12.17) … also placed seventh in the 800-meter run at the SRU Last Chance Meet with a time of 2:00.68.
2009-10 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors after a first-place finish (7:48.0) in the 4x800-meter relay at the PSAC Indoor Championships with Phil Rector, Kevin Jewel and Jason Jamieson ... won the 800-meter run at the SRU Open.
2008-09 (Outdoor): Ran in five events, primarily competing in the 1,500-meter run … placed ninth in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:08.84 at the Red Flash Open … finished in third place in the 800-meter run at the LHU Qualifier (1:57.28) …
2008-09 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors after a second-place finish as a member of the 4x800-meter relay team at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... also competed in the 800-meter run at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.
High School: Lettered four years in track and field ... also lettered four years in cross country ...
