2012 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter hurdles ... competed in thirteen events with six top-ten finishes ... placed first as a member of The Rock's 4x100-meter relay at the W&J Invitational (43.28) ... recorded a personal best 400-meter hurdle time of 57.41 seconds, placing fifth at the Slippery Rock open ... came in fifth in the 400-meter hurdles at the Dave Labor Invitational (58.56).

2010-11 (Outdoor): Ran in two events as a freshman … placed 16th in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 59.88 at the Bill Van Horne Invitational … ended season with a 12th-place showing in the 400-meter hurdles at 59.99.

2010-11 (Indoor): Took part in one event, placing 66th in the 200-meter dash at the Golden Flash Gala in 24.01.

High School: Lettered four times in track and field and twice in football … was captain of the track team as a senior … named Pennsbury’s Tri-Athlete of the Year as a senior … was a running back on the football team.
