2023 (XC): Competed in five of The Rock’s six team meets … Served as SRU’s fifth finisher at both the Robert Morris Colonial Invite (25:39.65) and the Lock Haven “Crimson” race (25:24.4) … Best 8,000-meter course time of season came at Lock Haven while top finish (29th) occurred at RMU … Placed 67th at both the PSAC Championships (8K / 28:34.1) and the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships (10K / 32:52.3).
2023 (Outdoor): Competed at two meets … Opened season by placing second in the 10,000-meters at the John Papa Invite with a time of 34:42.72 … Helped to lead The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a victory at the SRU Last Chance Meet (3:35.64) while also finishing second in the 1,500-meters following a time of 4:20.55.
