2014 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC in the 4x1, 4x4, and the 400 meter hurdles...competed at the PSAC Championship with a 4th place finish in the 4x1 (42.09), a 5th place finish in the 4x4 (3:18.84), and an 13th place finish in the 400 meter hurdles (58.98)

2013-14 (Indoor) : Qualified for the PSAC in the 60 meter hurdles (8.88) and the 400 meter dash (50.55)...competed in the PSAC Championship with a 3rd place finish in the 4x4 (319.90) and an 11th place finish in the 400m (51.04).

2013 (Outdoor) : Competed in 19 events with 15 top 10 finishes ... Qualified for the PSAC Championships and took 5th in the 400-meter hurdles(53.93) and 5th in the 4X4(3.17.92) ... Competed in the SRU Last Chance meet placing 2nd in the 400-meter hurdles(53.75) ... finished 5th in the Ashland Alumni Open in the 400-meter hurdles(55.37) and finished 4th in the 4X4(3:18.35) ... competed in the Ed Fry Invitational and took 3rd in the 400-meter hurdles(54.74), 5th in the 110-meter hurdles(16.18) and 1st in the 4X4(3:26.12) ... finished 2nd in the 400-meter hurdles at the SRU Invitational(55.39) and 4th in the 110-meter hurdles(16.15)

2012-13 (Indoor): Competed in 17 events with 12 top ten finishes...placed second at the Youngstown State Invitational in the 500-meter with a personal best time of 1:06.94...Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter and 4x400-meter...placed third as a member of the PSAC 4x400-meter team (3:19.24).

2012 (Outdoor): Recorded an NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing 29th overall in Division II (52.88) ... Qualified for PSAC Championships in the 400-meter hurdles (5th/52.88) and as a member of The Rock's 4x400-meter relay team (6th/3:18.82) ... five first place finishes this season ... First place finishes as a member of the 4x400-meter relay include the Dave Labor Invitational (3:18.99), the Ed Fry Invitational (3:23.47) and the Ashland University Alumni Open (3:18.15) ... recorded a 53.56 second mark, finishing first in the 400-meter hurdles, at the Dave Labor Invitational.

2011-12 (Indoor): Helped The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team place fourth at the PSAC Championships with a time of 3:20.00 … also competed in the 60-meter hurdles and the 200-meter dash at the PSAC Championships, placing 14th (8.75 seconds) and 22nd (22.97 seconds), respectively … led SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team to a school-record time of 3:17.94 (third place) at the Kent State Tune-Up … also a part of winning 4x400 teams at the B-W Mid-February Meet, the Youngstown State Invitational and the Youngstown State Icebreaker … tallied a pair of top-five individual finishes at the B-W Mid-February Meet, placing second in the 400-meter dash (51.46 seconds) and fourth in the 200-meter dash (23.04 seconds).

2010-11 (Outdoor): Competed in the 100-meter dash, the 400-meter hurdles and both the 100-meter and 400-meter relays … earned All-PSAC accolades as part of the second-place 4x400-meter relay team at the PSAC Championships … also placed fifth at the PSAC Championships with a time of 54.15 in the 400-meter dash … helped SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team to a win at the Ed Fry Invitational (3:31.94) … finished in third place in the 100-meter dash at the SRU Invitational (11.28) … came in fifth place at the Ashland Alumni Open in the 400-meter dash with a time of 54.28 ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete.

2010-11 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors with a third-place finish as part of the SRU 4x400-meter relay team at the PSAC Indoor Championships … also competed in the 400-meters at the PSAC Indoor Championships … finished in fifth place in the 400-meter run with a time of 51.38 at the Jim Wuske Invitational … claimed victory in the 200-meter dash (23.21) and the 400-meter run (50.98) at the BW Mid-February Meet … ran a season-best time of 50.26 in the 400-meter run at the KSU Tune-Up.

High School: A four-sport athlete that lettered four times in track and field, soccer and wrestling and twice in football … placed fourth in the 300 meter hurdles at the 2009 PIAA AA state championships … 2009 and 2010 track and field Region III Athlete of the Year … won two District AA championships in the 110 meter hurdles, two District AA championships in the 300 meter hurdles … also a part of two District AA championship relay teams in the 4X400 and the 4X100 … holds the school record in the 110m hurdles and the 300m hurdles … led the Titusville track and field teams to district crowns in 2009 and regional titles in 2007, 2008 and 2009 … a member of the National Honor Society … graduated with honors.
