2019 (Outdoor): Competed in ten meets … Recorded new PR’s in the hammer throw (36.64-meters), shot put (14.16-meters), and discus throw (38.53-meters) … Finished 2019 with two PSAC marks.
2019 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in shot-put, placing 16th with a throw of 13.17 meters … Hit career-highs at the Edinboro Open in both shot-put and weight throw, throwing 13.48 meters in shot-put placing fifth and throwing 13.22 meters in weight throw placing seventh … Finished fourth in shot-put (12.69 meters) and fifth in weight throw (12.65 meters) at the Al Hall Freedom Games.
