2025 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets primarily in the steeplechase and 1,500-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both events, placing ninth in the steeplechase with a season-best time of 9:49.44 and 16th in the 1,500-meters at 4:08.73 … Won the 1,500-meters at the SRU Last Chance Meet after clocking a season-best time of 4:07.23 … Added another strong finish in the 1,500-meters at the Westminster Invite, taking third in 4:07.64 … Earned a victory in the steeplechase at the Dave Labor Invite following a run of 9:55.63 … Finished fourth in a 26-man field in the steeplechase at the Kaiser Classic (9:53.21) ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2025 (Indoor): Competed at five meets primarily in the mile … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 17th with a time of 4:33.35 … Also helped The Rock earn one point at the conference championships as a member of SRU’s eighth-place distance medley relay team (10:42.72) … Ran a season-best mile time of 4:28.54 at the Jud Logan Light Giver Invitational … Also broke 4:30.00 in the mile at the SPIRE Indoor Games, placing 15th in 4:29.62 in addition to completing the 3,000-meters in 9:06.36 to take 19th place.

2024 (XC): Competed at four meets ... Crossed the line in the SRU top five three times ... Earned 12th at the Fighting Scots Invite in a season-best 26:58.9 for 8k ... Opened the season with eighth at the Doug Watts Open in 20:22.8 for 6k ... Took 45th at the YSU NCAA Collegiate Inagural Alumni XC Meet (8k) in 28:43.8 ... Placed 224th at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (8k) in 28:00.8.
 
High School: Lettered four times in both cross country and track & field at North Allegheny High School … Led North Allegheny to PIAA cross country championships in 2020, 2021, 2023 in addition to four WPIAL cross country titles ... Also helped North Allegheny to a pair of WPIAL track & field championships ... A scholar-athlete award winner.
