Since joining SRU’s coaching staff, Lubich has helped coach The Rock’s sprinters, hurdlers and jumpers to 15 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference individual championships.
Lubich was an accomplished multi-event athlete for The Rock. He was an All-American in the heptathlon in 2013-14. Additionally, Lubich won two PSAC championships over his collegiate career: in the heptathlon in 2014 and as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team in 2013. Lubich still holds the school record in the indoor heptathlon (5,021 points).
Lubich earned a bachelor’s degree in physical activity and fitness management from Slippery Rock in 2014.
