2012 (Outdoor): Did not compete.

2010-11 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 1,500-meter run and placed 16th at 4:04.88 … began season by finishing in sixth place in the 1,500-meter run (4:03.86) at the Coastal Carolina Invitational … finished in fifth place in the 800-meter run at the SRU Invitational with a time of 2:03.23 … recorded a time of 4:01.75 in the 1,500-meter run at the Ashland Alumni Open to come in fifth place.

2010 (XC): Recorded two top-10 finishes on the season … placed 10th at the Seagull Invitation (26:30) … finished in fifth place at the SRU Tri Meet (27:10) … came in 48th place at the SRU Invitational (27:44.8).

2009-10 (Outdoor): Placed 11th in the 1,500-meter run at the PSAC Championships (4:00.68) … registered four consecutive top-10 performances in the 1,500-meters at the SRU Last Chance Meet (fourth place / 4:10.05), the Ashland Alumni Open (second place / 4:03.17), the Raleigh Relays (10th place / 4:03.27) and the CCU Battle of the Beaches (fourth place / 4:06.99) … also placed second at the CCU Invitational in the 5,000-meter run (15:18.22).

High School: Lettered three years in both cross country and track and field ... placed sixth at State Championships in cross country during 2008 season ... earned All-Region, All-District and All-State honors in cross country that season ... placed 35th in state meet in 2007 ... earned All-District and All-Region honors that season ... helped cross county team to 2007 state title ... ran first leg of 2008 PIAA State Championship 4x800-meter relay ... earned All-Region, All-District and All-State honors with that relay.
