Gantz was the first female at Lampeter Strasburg High School to earn a varsity letter as a junior on the boys’ soccer team.

At SRU, Gantz played in 65 games on the way to totaling 59 points on 20 goals and 19 assists. She helped to lead The Rock to a 43-25-2 record. A team captain, three-time All-PSAC West honoree and two-time all-region choice, Gantz still ranks seventh at The Rock in career assists.
