SRU Basketball well-represented on Graduation Day
We would like to send a huge thank you to our graduating seniors: Devin Taylor (far left), Gerald Brooks, Brad Henry, Luiz Santos, Aubin Reeves and Darious Clark (not pictured). Their record was 61-30 in their three years at Slippery Rock University with two NCAA appearances (with an NCAA tournament win). We are equally as proud of their accomplishments off the court.
A quick reminder, the second annual SRU Men's Basketball Golf Outing is scheduled for Saturday, June 15. The event is being sponsored again by Kids Count Family Psychological Services. The outing will be played at Aubrey's Dubbs Dred Golf Course in Butler, Pa.
Registration is set at $85 per golfer which includes greens fees, cart fee, entry into contest holes, lunch and dinner. The outing will be played as a four-man scramble with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. Registration begins at 8 a.m. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three teams with $800 for first place, $500 for second place and $300 for third place.
