SRU Basketball enjoys Butler Sam's Club Grand Reopening
We would like to send a huge thank you to General Manager Moe Goodwin, Tiffany Wilson (pictured), and the Butler Sam's Club for their continued support of the Slippery Rock University's Men's Basketball program. The Sam's Club Grand Reopening on Friday, May 10 was a huge success and SRU Basketball was thrilled to be invited to be a part of it!
On a side note, the second annual SRU Men's Basketball Golf Outing is scheduled for Saturday, June 15 and will be sponsored again by Kids Count Family Psychological Services. The outing will be played at Aubrey's Dubbs Dred Golf Course in Butler, PA. Registration is set at $85 per golfer and includes greens fees, cart fee, entry into contest holes, lunch and dinner. The outing will be played as a four-man scramble with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. Registration begins at 8 a.m. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three teams with $800 for first place, $500 for second place, and $300 for third place.
