Hello Rock Lax Followers!
Fall break has just ended and the team is ready to come back to practice in full swing. Rock lax had their first fall ball tournament this season at Seton Hill University two weeks ago. We were all very excited and proud of our performance as team. We can all agree that we are definitely a different team than we have been in the past. We are eager to break the record for assists in a season. We are excited for our upcoming tournaments as we will be traveling to Mercyhurst University this weekend and then hosting our own homecoming tournament the following weekend.
The team has had many practices to get used to one another and get comfortable playing together. The new members of the team have blended in with the group very well and are quickly finding their own personal niche on the team.
The team is also getting along very well off the field. Team bonding is a very important aspect for the team and something we take seriously as well as have fun together and get to know one another a little bit closer. The team has plans to go apple picking this weekend after our tournament. This is a great experience for us to spend the day together and just have fun with one another. We hope experiences like this will bring us closer together and eventually support us on the field by having a great connection with one another.
