Kicking off the 2011 season of Women's Varsity Lacrosse!
Our women's lacrosse program is doing great and continues to improve daily! Our fall ball season went very well, with us winning almost every game. Fall was also important because we got the chance to come together as a team.
We have a large freshman class that will be a great asset to the team this year, providing some much needed depth. On the weekend of Feb. 5, we are very excited to host a recruitment weekend, and to play two scrimmages at the University of Pittsburgh. We are able to finally play full-field games, which has been hard to do in the field house.
We are extremely excited to see how our team works together for a full game with good transitions from defense to attack. We hope to come back from this tournament with a good sense of what the season will have in store.
