2023 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets primarily in the 800-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships and placed 16th with a time of 2:27.00 … Posted a season-best time of 2:23.78 to finish second at the SRU Last Chance Meet … Other top-10 800-meter showings came at the John Papa Invite (2:26.37 / fifth), the Mountaineer Twilight (2:26.64 / seventh) and the Shamrock Invitational (2:24.93 / eighth) … Also ran the mile in 5:42.63 at the Shamrock Invite to finish in fifth place.

2023 (Indoor): Competed in the 800-meters at two meets … Recorded best 800-meter time of the season at the Mount Union Tune-Up, finishing in fifth in 2:29.63 … Also helped The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a third-place showing at Mount Union … Opened season by running the 800-meters in 2:31.20 (34th) at the SPIRE Indoor Games ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete. 

2022 (XC): Competed at five meets … Placed 16th, and was SRU’s No. 5 finisher, in a field of 118 runners with a season-best time of 25:08.4 in the “White” race at the LHU Invitational … Opened year by running the Doug Watts Open in 27:50 to finish 21st … Closed season by running the Bill Lennox Invitational in 26:05 to come in 44th out of 86 runners ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete. 

2022 (Outdoor): Competed at nine meets, primarily in the 800-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 12th at 2:20.77 … Placed ninth at the Ashland Alumni Open with a season-best time of 2:20.51 … Ran the 800 at the Bison Outdoor Classic in 2:23.13 … Also placed 12th at the Dave Labor Invitational in 2:25.38 ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.
 
2022 (Indoor): Competed in seven meets, primarily in the 800-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 800m, finishing 14th in 2:28.05 … Also helped The Rock’s DMR team to an eighth-place finish at the conference championships … Ran a season-best time of 2:26.36 to place second at the Al Hall Freedom Games … Just missed out on a season-best time at the Doug Raymond Qualifier, finishing in 2:26.68 … Opened year by finishing 11th at the YSU Icebreaker with a time of 2:27.65 … Also helped The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a win at the YSU Invitational and a second-place showing at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational.

High School: Lettered four years in track and field and gymnastics as well as one year in cross country at Avon High School.
