2023 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the 100-meters (12.52 seconds / 12th) and the 200-meters (26.17 seconds / 21st) … Posted top 200-meter time of season at the Mountaineer Twilight Meet to place sixth at 26.57 seconds in addition to finishing fourth in the 100-meters (12.64) and helping The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to victory in 4:04.96 … Clocked a season-best 100-meter time of 12.43 seconds to finish fifth at the John Papa Invite.

2023 (Indoor): Competed at six meets, primarily in the 60-meters … Hit a season-best 60-meter time of 8.08 seconds on three separate occasions at the Mount Union Tune-Up (eighth), the YSU Icebreaker (15th) and the YSU Mid-Major Invitational (18th) … Also ran the 200-meters at four meets with best time being 26.68 seconds at the YSU Icebreaker.

2022 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets in the 100-meters and 200-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 100-meters, placing ninth with a season-best time of 12.47 seconds … Also helped The Rock’s 4x100-meter relay team to a sixth-place finish at the league championships … Top 200-meter time of season was 26.65 seconds as part of a fifth-place showing at the SRU Open … Also helped The Rock’s 4x100 team to a victory while placing fourth in the 100-meters (12.68) at the SRU Open … Recorded fourth-place finishes in the 100-meters at both the Red Flash Open (12.61) and the LHU Qualifier (12.88).
 
2022 (Indoor): Ran the 60-meters at five meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 14th with a season-best time of 8.05 seconds … Took eighth place at the Doug Raymond Qualifier with a near personal-best of 8.06 seconds … Earned a top-10 finish in Edinboro Invite, placing fourth at 8.09 seconds … Also ran the 200-meters three times with top time of 26.67 seconds coming at the YSU Icebreaker.
