2023 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets … A USTFCCCA All-Region honoree … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the heptathlon and just missed out on earning all-conference honors after placing fourth with a season-high 4,199 points … Also helped The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a fourth-place showing at the PSAC Championships with a team time of 3:57.15 … Finished third in the heptathlon at the Shamrock Invitational with 4,059 points … Closed the heptathlon at the Susquehanna Easter Invite to come in eighth … Produced three top-10 finishes at the SRU Last Chance Meet, placing fourth in the 200-meters (26.05 seconds), fifth in the high jump (1.50 meters) and ninth in the shot put (9.60 meters).
