Final Stats

Kutztown, Pa. - Mallory Neubert scored an unassisted goal in the 88th minute Saturday afternoon, but it wasn't enough as hosting Kutztown upset the No. 7-ranked Rock, 3-1, in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference "crossover" game.

The loss snapped a five-game win streak for SRU (5-1), which now turns its focus to Wednesday's PSAC-Western Division duel with Lock Haven on Bob DiSpirito Field at N. Kerr Thompson Stadium.

Kutztown (3-2-1) held a 1-0 lead at intermission and then sandwiched Neubert's goal with a pair of tallies in the final 45 minutes.

Rock goalie Lauren McManus scored five saves as Kutztown outshot SRU by a 14-9 margin.

SRU was called for an unbelievable nine offsides in the game.

In addition to its No. 7 national ranking by the National Soccer Coaches Assocation of America last week, The Rock sat atop the NSCAA's Division II Northeast Regional poll.
