Final Stats

East Stroudsburg, Pa. - Nick Christy converted an assist from Jeremy Deighton into a first-half goal Sunday to give The Rock a 1-0 lead over 11th-ranked East Stroudsburg before the Warriors scored three unanswered goals to record a 3-1 win in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference action.

The loss was the second straight sustained by The Rock, who saw their overall record fall to 6-4-2 and its PSAC mark drop to 5-3-2.

East Stroudsburg improved its overall record to 11-1 and its PSAC-leading mark to 9-1.

Rock goalie Greg Blum recorded five saves Sunday as ESU outshot SRU by a 14-9 margin.

Sunday's outcome matched a 3-1 ESU win recorded August 26 in Slippery Rock.

The Rock is idle until Saturday when it travels to Bloomsburg for a 2 p.m. game.
