Final Stats

Slippery Rock, Pa. - Jen Blasko recorded 14 kills and 20 digs to lead The Rock in both categories Tuesday night, but could not lead her team to victory.

The Rock dropped a 3-0 (30-28, 30-23, 30-13) decision to visiting California U. of Pa. and saw its season record fall to 8-7 and its Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-Western Division mark slip to 0-4.

SRU will look to end a four-match losing skid this weekend when it competes in PSAC "crossover" action at Millersville. The Rock takes on Kutztown and Cheyney in Friday afternoon matches before it meets the hosting Marauders in a Saturday afternoon match.

Alexa Erossy complemented Blasko's kill effort with 12 putaways of her own, while Anastasia Urbanik had eight and Keira Peoples seven.

Andrea Campbell chipped in 12 digs and Louise Schultz added 34 assists and 10 digs.
