Slippery Rock, Pa. - Ashley Stoner and Jennifer Venet each scored a goal Tuesday afternoon but it wasn't enough to lead The Rock to a season-opening win.

Seton Hill spotted The Rock two goals before it scored three unanswered goals to record a 3-2 victory in non-conference action on Bob DiSpirito Field at N. Kerr Thompson Stadium.

Rock goalie Ashley Winkelspecht recorded three saves in the game.

The Rock will look to record its first win of the season when it hosts Bellarmine (Ky.) in a 5 p.m. game on DiSpirito Field at Thompson Stadium.

The Rock will also seek to snap a 16-game losing streak that extends back to the 2006 season-opening win over St. Vincent.
