The Rock swept all six singles matches Thursday to overcome a 2-1 doubles deficit and improve its season record to 4-0 with a 7-2 win over hosting West Liberty State.
Laura Handy and Jessica Hilborn were the only doubles winners for The Rock. The duo teamed up to win an 8-3 decision in the No. 2 doubles match, then won their respective singles matches.
Handy won a 6-1, 6-3 decision in the No. 2 singles match, while Hilborn reigned by a 6-2, 6-3 score in the No. 4 match.
The Rock's next action will be in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Individual Tournament, which will be held Saturday and Sunday in Shippensburg.
