Final Stats

Kutztown, Pa. - Fourth-ranked Kutztown blanked The Rock, 7-0, in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference action on the winners' home field.

The outcome was never in doubt as, for the second straight game, The Rock failed to take a shot. The Golden Bears, meanwhile, fired off 41 shots.

Rock starting goalie Lisa Belcastro recorded 12 saves and allowed six goals in the first 56 minutes of action before Ashley Winkelspecht yielded one goal and had two saves in the final 14 minutes.

The Rock (0-12 overall, 0-8 PSAC) resumes its search for that elusive first win at 2 p.m. Saturday, when it will host 10th-ranked Shippensburg (6-6, 3-6 PSAC) in PSAC action on Bob DiSpirito Field at N. Kerr Thompson Stadium.

Saturday's game will be the first of three home dates The Rock will have in the span of four days. SRU also entertains Kutztown (12-1, 7-1 PSAC) at 11 a.m. Sunday, then hosts Millersville (4-9, 2-7 PSAC) at noon Tuesday.
