California, Pa. - Louise Schultz recorded 49 kills, 44 assists, seven blocks and one service ace in three matches over the weekend to lead The Rock to a 2-1 effort in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference "crossover" action at California U. of Pa.

The Rock blanked East Stroudsburg 3-0 (30-24, 30-26, 30-12) Friday before it split a pair of matches Saturday. SRU beat PSAC-Eastern Division-leading Shippensburg 3-2 (30-22, 23-30, 22-30, 30-22, 15-7) before it fell by a 3-2 score to West Chester.

Game scores vs. WCU were 28-30, 30-18, 30-25, 22-30, 12-15).

Anastasia Urbanik complemented Schultz's effort with 29 kills, 50 digs, nine service aces and eight blocks, while Jen Blasko had 26 kills and 54 digs and Keira Peoples 27 kills and 10 blocks.

The Rock returns to home to entertain PSAC-West rival Lock Haven and non-conference foe Point Park on back-to-back nights Tuesday and Wednesday. The matches are set to start at 7 p.m. in Morrow Field House.
