Ft. Myers, Fla. - The Rock softball team rebounded from two losses in yesterday's action, to down Bloomfield University 3-1 Thursday evening in Ft. Myers.

The Rock scored in the first inning on Meghan McHenry single that scored Stacey Rhoades and plated runs in both the sixth and seventh innings to seal the win.

Rock ace Brittany Hahn tossed a complete game, striking out three.

Leading The Rock at the plate was McHenry, who roped two singles and drove home a run.

Lisa Getgen singled home a run, while Carrie Casoni and Lindsay Rodgers also singled for The Rock.

The win improves The Rock's record to 5-6 on the season.

The next contest for The Rock will come against Wilmington (DE) at 8 p.m.
