Rock falls to No. 1-ranked California, Pa., 71-41

California, Pa. - Freshman forward Amanda Chojnacki scored a team-high 10 points in The Rock's 71-41 loss to top-ranked California U. of Pa. in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-Western Division action.

With the loss, The Rock dropped to 10-10 overall and 3-3 in PSAC-West action.

The win was California's 21st in as many games this winter and sixth in conference action.

Junior forward Stacey Green scored eight points and eight rebounds for The Rock, while junior center Erin Frankovich added eight rebounds and sophomore point guard Amber McFeely had six assists.

The Rock will host Shippensburg in a 1 p.m. PSAC-West game on Saturday in Morrow Field House.
