Final Stats

Slippery Rock, Pa. - Jeff Hamley's goal in the final minute of action accounted for the only Rock tally in a 3-1 loss to visiting Gannon in a non-conference game on Bob DiSpirito Field at N. Kerr Thompson Stadium.

Hamley scored on an assist from Steve Perri.

Rock goalie Pat Passewitz recorded seven saves, but yielded three first-half goals to the Golden Knights.

Gannon outshot The Rock by a 20-15 margin.

SRU returns to action on Sunday when it visits Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference rival West Chester for a noon game.
