Slippery Rock, Pa. - Erin Frankovich scored 17 points and Stacey Green and Amber McFeely added 10 points each, but it wasn't enough as The Rock dropped a 71-54 decision to Clarion in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-Western Division action.

The Rock trailed by only two, 32-30, at halftime but was outscored by a 39-24 margin in the final 20 minutes.

The loss dropped SRU to 8-9 overall, 1-2 in PSAC-West action. Clarion improved to 9-7, 1-1.

The Rock is idle for one week before it hosts Indiana U. of Pa. in a PSAC-West game on Jan. 28. Game time is set for 6 p.m.
