Slippery Rock, Pa. - Slippery Rock University dropped a 1-0 decision to visiting Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference men's soccer action Saturday afternoon.

The loss dropped The Rock to 2-14-2 overall and 0-8 in PSAC play. Bloomsburg improved to 10-6-1 overall and 5-2 in PSAC play.

Mike Ross scored Bloomsburg's only goal to lead Bloomsburg to victory. Adam Clay assisted Ross's goal.

Bloomsburg outshot The Rock by a 13-4 margin.

Rock sophomore goalie Brett Saganiec (Vernon, NJ/Vernon Township HS) recorded 10 saves, while Bloomsburg goalie Kyle Grim was credited with four saves.

The Rock hosts St. Vincent at 3 p.m. on Wednesday in the regular-season home finale.
