Jacob VanHouten continued his impressive season in the 400-meter hurdles to lead Slippery Rock at the SRU Last Chance Meet, improving on his career best to win with an NCAA provisional mark of 52.30 seconds. He entered the meet ranked 13th in the nation in the event and his performance Friday moves him all the way up to eighth on the national leaderboard among Division II runners.
