Junior guard Lexi Carpenter continued her outstanding season last week with another pair of great all-around performances. For the week, Carpenter averaged 15 points, 7.5 rebounds, 7.5 assists and 1.0 steals per game. Carpenter went for 18 points, eight rebounds, six assists and two steals in The Rock’s overtime loss vs. East Stroudsburg. She finished the week by scoring 12 points, grabbing seven rebounds and passing out nine assists at Indiana, a game The Rock ultimately lost but not before cutting a 22-point deficit down to just four points in the fourth quarter. Lexi Carpenter is one of just three players in the PSAC to average at least 15 points, five assists and four rebounds per game this season at 15.6 points, 4.5 rebounds and 5.1 assists.
